Exposure goes undercover for the first time inside the sweatshops of Bangladesh to investigate the hidden face of the fashion trade. Following the death of more than 1,100 garment workers in a building collapse last April, many of Britain’s biggest retailers signed a safety deal to try and improve conditions inside the factories. But shocking images of children being beaten and verbally abused on the production line, locked fire exits and crumbling buildings show the horrendous cast still being paid by workers producing cheap goods and how tough a job the industry has to clean up its act.
